Burundi's President, Pierre Nkurunziza, has introduced new restrictions on the playing of the country鈥檚 famous drums.

Burundi鈥檚 'ritual dance of the royal drum' was placed on UNESCO鈥檚 Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2014.
