Hair today, worn tomorrow: the artist who turned her locks into a dress
When Ghanaian-German artist Alice Pokua Oppong decided to chop off her synthetic hair extensions in favour of her own natural hair, it got her thinking about not only her relationship to hair but also about how she could use the artificial locks in her work as an artist.
