Nigerian governor's sister made 'Commissioner of Happiness'
The governor of Nigeria's south-eastern Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, has caused controversy with the appointment of his sister to the post of commissioner for happiness.
It is the first such position in the West African state and it has sparked an outcry on social media.
The new commissioner, Ogechi Ololo, spoke to Focus on Africa and defended her new job.
