Kenya's chief Justice has accused the government of acting outside the law and the constitution in its dealings with the opposition. In a statement, Chief justice David Maraga said that compliance with court orders was not optional; rather it was a constitutional obligation. The warning comes after Kenyan officials deported opposition activist Miguna Miguna.
