'I am willing to die in defence of my rights'

Mr Miguna returned to Kenya on Monday from Canada where he was deported last month. Upon landing he was asked to apply for a visa using his Canadian passport. He declined the request and was detained at the airport where he remains.

He has been speaking to Focus on Africa's Akwasi Sarpong.
