Angelina Teny: Dr Machar should not have conditions for release from house arrest.
Signs were there that South Sudan's main opposition leader, Riek Machar, could be released from house arrest in South Africa. The east African regional group, Igad, said he should be freed but with certain conditions. He is being held there because peace process mediators hoping to end the civil war felt he was an obstacle to peace in the country. Angelina Teny, who is Mr Machar's wife and member of the SPLM has been speaking to Focus on Africa's Damian Zane.
