'Grit and adaptability' crucial for success says UK-Ghana businesswoman
Amma Gyampo returned to Ghana from the UK six years ago to start a tech and agriculture promotion business called AmDeCo Africa.
It is an agency that facilitates trade between buyers and sellers in Ghana, Nigeria and the UK. She now employs ten people but her journey was not always easy.
She told Focus on Africa's David Amanor that "grit" and "adaptability" are crucial for ex-pats returning to set up business on the continent.
