Can Koranic schools in West Africa become safer for children?
Traditional Koranic schools are popular in West Africa, including Nigeria where millions of children are made to attend these schools - also known as Tsangaya - instead of mainstream ones.
But many of them end up being subjected to several forms of maltreatment. The 麻豆社's Ishaq Khalid travels to Gombe state to find out if this can change.
