Cape Town's mayor resigns
The mayor of Cape Town in South Africa has acted on her previous statements and has stepped down from the post.
Patricia de Lille had indicated she would vacate her office amid a bitter dispute with her party, the opposition Democratic Alliance.
She told Veronique Edwards the past 18 months has "have just been hell".
