Ahead of World AIDS Day, we meet Botswana鈥檚 former President Festus Mogae who during his time in office (1998-2008) ensured that the fight against HIV was at the top of the country's list of priorities.
Focus on Africa鈥檚 Hassan Arouni started by asking him why he reacted differently when other leaders in the region were much slower to respond to the spread of HIV.
