A tweet, by a senior police officer in Nigeria, responding to a question about sex in a car has created a debate around the issue. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Yomi Shogunle, who heads up the police complaints unit, tells the 麻豆社's Hassan Arouni, why within certain parameters, the act is not illegal.
