Kapu Africa is the first ever food bank in Nairobi, Kenya. Running the operation, Christine Mustoli faces daily challenges like endemic corruption and widespread food insecurity but, she firmly believes that what she is doing will change the lives of those she helps. Christine talks to Emily Thomas.
