How important is it to be on time?
People across the continent have been giving their views on Japan's Olympics minister's three minutes of tardiness.
The minister, Yoshitaka Sakurada, had to publicly apologise after arriving late to a parliamentary meeting. Angry opposition MPs boycotted the meeting for five hours in protest, saying the minister's lateness showed disrespect for his office.
But for these people in Africa, while punctuality might be important, not many people are good at "being on time".
