Has the #FeesMustFall movement changed South African education?
In 2015 South African students began mass protests at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, asking for free and accessible education for all. The protests became to be known by the name demonstrators used to organise themselves and to voice their concerns on social media: #FeesMustFall. Four years on, the 麻豆社's Pumza Filhani assesses how far has the movement gone in achieving fair and free education for all South Africans.
