Sierra Leone to resume logging
Sierra Leone has banned cutting trees for nearly ten years, in an effort to replenish its shrinking forests. Now Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Joseph Ndanema announced the country will resume logging "in a responsible way". Umaru Fofana asks him how the profitable business of timber export will benefit citizens, and if it will impact conservation efforts.
