Liberia free universities: Unfulfilled promise?
When President of Liberia George Weah declared all State Universities free of tuition in October 2018, his pledge was welcomed with excited cheers, and enrollments numbers shot up immediately. Eight months later doubts are growing around the sustainability of that measure. The 麻豆社's Jonathan Paye-Layleh takes a look at whether the President's promise has been fulfilled.
