From domestic worker to 'slave': My nightmare
When Fainess Lipenga travelled to the US to start her job as a domestic worker for a Malawian diplomat, she was excited. But her dream of living in the US and learning English turned into a nightmare. She was forced to work long hours, verbally abused and prevented from speaking to her family. She eventually found the courage to escape and bring her employer to court. But justice is yet to be fully done.
