'Boko Haram as we knew it is no longer there'
Ten years ago, the killing of Boko Haram's founder Mohammed Yusuf sparked a wave of violence that has since terrorised north-east Nigeria and beyond. Today presidential spokesman Garba Shehu says 'Boko Haram as we knew it is no longer there'. He highlights the new challenges the Nigerian government is facing in defeating a terrorist organisation that has changed tactics.
