Uganda's President blocked me on Twitter
Hillary Innocent Taylor Seguya is a Ugandan student living in the United States. He is suing President Museveni for blocking him on Twitter, which prevents Hillary from seeing and responding to the president's tweets. Blocking on social media is in fact very normal in the rough and tumble of the various platforms, but does the president of a country have the right to do it to a citizen?
