The reptiles have long been an attraction and help draw tourism to the archipelago. A sixth of the world's turtles are to be found around Cape Verde. But rising temperatures are threatening their future survival. And it's all to do with egg laying and sex. We hear from Claire Tanner, a doctorate student who has been studying the connection between rising temperatures and sex ratios in loggerhead sea turtles.
