Artist Alison Lapper is well known for the marble statue of her heavily pregnant in Trafalgar Square. She also featured in the documentary series Child of Our Time with her son Parys. This summer, Parys died. He was 19 and struggling. She spoke to Jane Garvey about her experience becoming a mother and later losing her son. She鈥檚 now painted his portrait which features in a new exhibition.
