Surstr枚mming, or fermented herring, is a national tradition in Sweden, but it can be hard to stomach. Al Pitcher, a comedian who grew up in New Zealand but now lives in Sweden, tells Graihagh Jackson what happened at his first, and last, taste of the delicacy.
