Staying healthy during the Covid-19 pandemic
Amidst all the fear and panic around this pandemic, people are becoming increasingly aware of how they are nourishing their bodies.
A healthy person may have a better chance at fighting the virus and eating the 'right foods' can help. However during a time of lockdown, this can be especially challenging.
Dr. Adelaide Onyango, is the team leader for Nutrition and Food safety at the WHO Africa office in Brazzaville, and she explains how you can still eat healthily if you have no livelihood or you're struggling to make ends meet
