'The only source of food for most Ugandans is the marketplace'
Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni on Tuesday night held a second televised broadcast on coronavirus in which he announced the figure in the country had risen to 44. The new Covid-19 cases are 11 children who are members of the famous Watoto Children鈥檚 Choir. He said the new patients had been in quarantine after returning from a trip abroad. While there'll no doubt be concern for these minors, there are also those who are affected by Monday night's broadcast when the President said market traders selling food must live close to their stalls during the country's two week lockdown and would not be able to go back home.
