Coronavirus: Can Somalia's hospitals cope?
The Red Cross says it fears the true number of people with coronavirus in Somalia is much higher than the official figures. The country's health coordinator said there would be a large number of new cases in the coming weeks. Somalia's healthcare system has been devastated by three decades of conflict and is unable to cope. The Prime Minister has appealed for licensed doctors to offer their assistance. Dr Osama Abdi Ali is a General Practitioner and also the deputy Director of Kalkaal Hospital in Mogadishu. He's been speaking to Focus on Africa's Audrey Brown.
