There have been allegations by the Ethiopian government that the Tigray People's Liberation Front or TPLF, the former dominant party in a governing coalition, was involved in the killing of Oromo singer and activist Hachalu Hundessa. Over a week of protests and unrest ensued. Bola Mosuro has been speaking to Getachew Reda, a spokesman for the TPLF. Due to the internet still being shutdown, the interview was conducted over the phone.
