A new handbook for medical diagnoses on darker skin tones
Medical books often use light-skinned models as examples of how to note disease symptoms, something which can make it hard to diagnose diseases for people with black and brown skin tones. So Malone Mukwende, a young medical student from the UK, has launched a handbook to address the problem.
