West African leaders head to Mali to mediate crisis
Five West African presidents under the regional group Ecowas are in Mali for more talks aimed at resolving the country鈥檚 political crisis. The presidents of Senegal, Ghana, Niger, Nigeria and Ivory Coast who are part of delegation returned at the weekend with no deal between the opposition and President Ibrahim Boubacar Ke茂ta. Audrey Brown has been talking to Paul Ejime, a consultant and election observer with ECOWAS, who was in Mali for the 2018 presidential vote.
