Blessing Okagbare looks back on winning silver in Beijing
As part of our series looking back on famous African Olympic moments, we hear from Blessing Okagbare. The Nigerian won bronze, upgraded to silver, in the long jump at the 2008 Games in Beijing. She talks about how not living up to the standards she set for herself at subsequent events took a toll on her mental health, and about her hopes of finishing on the podium in Tokyo next year.
