Award-winning Ugandan writer Jennifer Nansubuga Makumbi talks to Focus on Africa's Audrey Brown about her book Manchester Happened. Famous for the acclaimed novel Kintu, Jennifer has turned her hand to writing short stories weaving tales between Uganda and the United Kingdom. The paperback version of Manchester Happened was recently published, and she shares her thoughts on writing about diaspora experiences.
