Aida Muluneh: Nobel Peace Prize photographer
One of Africa鈥檚 leading photographers, Aida Muluneh, has been commissioned by the Nobel Peace Center to produce a series of images depicting how food and hunger are used as strategic weapons in war and conflict.
Her work will feature in an exhibition, which is organised every year to reflect the theme of the Nobel Peace Prize winner. This year's recipient of the prize was the World Food Programme. The Nobel Peace Prize Exhibition 2020 will be published online.
Ethiopia-born Aida is the founder and director of Addis Foto Fest but she is based in the Ivory Coast, and it's from the Ivorian capital Abidjan, that she spoke to Focus on Africa's Bola Mosuro about her series of images.
