The mayor of Zambia鈥檚 capital Lusaka is holding his wedding on 26th December. Despite requiring an exemption to exceed a 50-guest limit for weddings in the country due to Covid-19, he鈥檚 invited the whole city. He tells Esau Williams, 鈥渢he people of Lusaka have told me that come rain or come sunshine, they want to attend the wedding鈥�.
