US/Africa relations in the Biden era
The American president, Joe Biden, has been on the job for two days now, and one of the questions being asked is what will his new policy towards Africa be? Well, one person who would know is the former head of Africa at the US State Department. Jendayi Frazer served for over three years as Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs under George W Bush, and went on to become the United States ambassador to South Africa. Focus on Africa鈥檚 Esau Williams has been speaking to Jendayi Frazer, and asked what Africa could expect from the presidency of Joseph Biden?
