Bulletproof is a UK drama that follows two cops, Detectives Pike and Bishop, as they chase down hardened criminals in London's East End.

The current third series was filmed in South Africa before the coronavirus restrictions, and Pike and Bishop, played by actors Ashley Walters and Noel Clarke, find themselves at the centre of a kidnapping case while on vacation in Cape Town.

Actor/director Ashley Walters told Focus on Africa's Mark Wilberforce he found South Africa to be quite a tough place and they wanted to reflect that reality on screen.
