Could you be part of an Africa fashion exhibition at the V&A?
The Victoria and Albert Museum is to host an exhibition of contemporary African fashion and it wants people wherever they are to take part in it, by lending cloth, photographs, album covers, and portraits of Africans from the 20th century.
The exhibition will be a celebration of the moment of independence and liberation starting in the late 1950s, through to the turn of the century. Christine Checinska,is the Curator of African and African Diaspora Fashion at the V&A and she told Focus on Africa's Audrey Brown what else the exhibition will showcase.
