'Right now these children really need food and clean water'

It's been more than 100 days since fighting first broke out in Ethiopia's Tigray region and in that time, hundreds of thousands have been forced out of their homes. As more aid agencies gain access to the region, a troubling picture is emerging of severe ongoing harm to children, and the United Nation's children's agency warns of a lack of water, food and of deep psychological distress to those children. Victor Chinyama is Chief of Communication at UNICEF Ethiopia, and he recently returned from the Tigrayan regional capital, Mekelle, He told Focus on Africa's Esau Williams what he discovered on that trip.
