'We don't want a power vacuum' in Chad
Nigeria's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, reflects on the death of Chad's President Idriss D茅by. Chadian troops play a key role in peacekeeping missions and counter-insurgency operations around the continent, and the headquarters of the Multinational Joint Task Force fighting Boko Haram are in N'Djamena.
