Sierra Leone: Controversy over midterm census
Umaru Fofana reports on the controversy over the Sierra Leonean government鈥檚 plans to conduct a census, which has already led to scuffles in parliament between rival MPs. The last one was undertaken in 2015, and this is the first time Sierra Leone will hold a "midterm" census. The opposition has said the move is politically motivated, but the government has dismissed such concerns as paranoia.
