A former member of Kenya's Building Bridges Initiative task force, which was set up by President Kenyatta, has condemned the High Court's ruling that the proposed Bill is illegal and unconstitutional.

Paul Mwangi, a lawyer and one of the joint secretaries of the BBI task force, told Focus on Africa鈥檚 Esau Williams that the initiative is not dead and they plan to appeal the court decision all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.
