Kenyan medic wins prize for her 'fight against tobacco'
The WHO has named four African women scientists to receive the International director鈥檚 award for their fight against Tobacco use. Among the winners is a Kenyan Medic, Anne Kendagor, credited for spearheading the banning of smoking in public places in Kenya. This is how she felt about being awarded the prestigious prize.
