Togo launches ambitious solar park
The government of Togo has launched an ambitious solar power park to wean itself off reliance on neighbours Nigeria, Ghana and Ivory Coast for its power needs. Shegun Adjadi Bakari, the senior advisor to Togo鈥檚 President Faure Gnassingb茅 has been telling Focus on Africa's Esau Williams more about the 50 megawatt park and how it will help move the country towards renewable energy.
