Doctor Achmed Kamara has written a motivational book about his journey from a humble town in Sierra Leone to becoming a doctor after graduating from Cambridge University in the UK. Its called Success Against All Odds - Tengbeh Town to Cambridge, with a Positive Mental Attitude. He's been talking to Focus on Africa's Paul Bakibinga about his life and his plans for the future.
