After three separate assessments, presenter Julia Bradbury was told she has breast cancer.

In October, she’s due to have a mastectomy and find out whether she’ll need further treatment.

She told Woman’s Hour how she felt when her doctor suggested a biopsy of tissue found in her breast, and how she told her children when she was eventually diagnosed.
