Kampala bomb blasts: Uganda General says terrorists are changing tactics

Uganda Brigadier General Flavia Byekwaso confirms the army is 'normalising' the situation in Kampala, following two separate bomb blasts that rocked the capital on Tuesday. "Terrorists keep changing tactics," she says, indicating the novel threat of suicide bombers hitting the country.
