Mega Mansion Hunters is a new reality TV show on Channel 4, which follows the lives of a group luxury real estate agents working at Tyron Ash Real Estate in the UK. The team have sold nearly £300 million worth of luxury property in 18 months.

With the agents at the group earning by commission only and thousands of pounds at stake, competition is rife and the pressure is high. Two of the cast members - Chloe Cable, who’s a senior partner, and Sophie Leigh, who’s an associate – joined Anita Rani on Â鶹Éç Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour to discuss their uphill battle for success in a male-dominated industry.
