Pan-african inspiration for an Afro-futuristic animation
GLYCH is a new Afro-futuristic animation film following the flight of heroine Princess Kiama from Miungu Nyekundu, Swahili language for "the Red Gods". Writer and Director, Munira Douglas, tells Esau Williams how the film draws inspiration from Ibo and Kenyan cultures and says she hopes to stimulate young viewers to take up science subjects.
