Ruth Wilson: ‘I just don’t see the need for [marriage]. I don't feel the need to attach to someone’
Ruth Wilson is best known for her roles as Alice Morgan in Luther and more recently Marisa Coulter in His Dark Materials. She joined Emma Barnett on Â鶹Éç Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and shared her views on marriage (spoiler alert: she isn’t keen). She also spoke about freezing her eggs in her 30s.
Ruth is currently starring on stage in The Human Voice at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London’s West End and on screen in True Things, a film about a woman’s intense fling with a nameless man she meets in Ramsgate.
You can listen to Ruth’s interview in full by heading to Â鶹Éç Sounds and listening to the Â鶹Éç Radio 4 Woman’s Hour podcast episode from 24 March.
