Uncovering Africa鈥檚 oldest dinosaur
Darlington Munyikwa from National Museums and Monuments of Zimbabwe speaks to Focus on Africa鈥檚 Audrey Brown, about being part of the team which unearthed the oldest dinosaur remains found in Africa to date. The skeleton of the Mbiresaurus raathi, which lived more than 230 million years ago, was discovered during two expeditions to the Zambezi Valley in 2017 and 2019.
