Kenyan American woman wins North Dakota's state house seat
Hamida Dakane is considered as the first woman of Somali descent elected to the State House of the US state of North Dakota. Born in northeastern Kenya's Somali region, Dakane came to the US in 2011, where she studied Public Administration and took part in various social initiatives in Fargo. "Politics here is different from politics back home," she tells Audrey Brown.
