A student's view of the change from BTEC to T-levels
The government has updated its list of over 200 qualifications to be scrapped as part of the rollout of T-levels.
They are being removed to "streamline further education", the Department for Education (DfE) has said.
But some college principals have said it could be damaging to students.
T-levels are vocational qualifications aimed at 16 to 19-year-olds, which focus more on practical subjects than academic ones, with each course lasting two years and roughly equivalent to three A-levels.
Hannah is in the second year of her BTEC in IT at Harlow College in Essex. She is one of 600 students at the college currently studying a course scheduled for defunding by 2025.
Hers will be unavailable to new students from next year.
Speaking to 麻豆社 Radio 5 Live's Adrian Chiles, Hannah said that T-levels courses feel "underprepared" and not "fully finished yet".
